We named this the Chinese spices and herb street. Shops like this one lined the street for blocks.

When the herb and spices shops ended the flower shops started to line the other side of the street..

You are not safe even on the sidewalk. This guy was taking a sidewalk "short cut" to a parking lot as if he was driving on the street.
